In Old Dehli, at Mughalai restaurant called “Karim’s” the buttered chicken was a 10

Thick, big pieces of chicken breast, perfectly heavy sauce……tender as can be!

 

In Bangaluru the pieces were pulled.. like jerk chicken or string cheese, The sauce was much spicier and more liquefied. I would give it a 7.5



In Puna, it was brown, not heavy, and pure evil… I’d give it a 2

 

 

What did we learn? Buttered chicken is the best in Old Dehli, and gets progressively worse as one travels further south. If you disagree, give me a call.
